The website is accessible 24/7 and from anywhere, except in case of technical problem, and scheduled or unscheduled interruptions that may result from a need for maintenance.
In case of modification, interruption or suspension of services, www.welovart.com and www.we.welovart.com cannot be held responsible.
Being subject to a best endeavors obligation, the website cannot be held responsible for any damage, whatever its nature, resulting from the unavailability of the website or of one or more Services, or resulting from the presence of viruses on the website.

ARTICLE 4: Data collection

The website ensures a collection and treatment of personal data respectful of the users’ private lives, in accordance with the French law n°78-17, 6th of January 1978, relating to data processing, files and liberties.
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act (loi Informatique et Libertés), 6th of January 1978, users have the right to access, rectify, delete and oppose their personal data. Users can exercise this right via a contact form on the website.
